Our Services
Soft Tissue Mobilization / Massage
Our skilled therapists use gentle, hands-on techniques to mobilize soft tissues, including muscles, tendons, and fascia.
This therapeutic approach aims to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and enhance function by addressing restrictions and adhesions within the soft tissues.
Soft tissue mobilization can be effective in treating a variety of conditions, such as muscle strains, tendonitis, and post-surgical scar tissue.

Strength Training
Enhancing function is a goal with a common thread to individuals with disabilities as well as individuals with the desire to improve their overall function within the environment they live and with the activities they desire.
Functional strength training emphasizes compound exercises or multiple muscle
groups that improve balance, coordination and core strengthening.
At Sol, we focus on Functional exercises that teach your body to work as a whole system in all planes of motion. This approach improves your health and your ability to enjoy the activities you love such as yoga, hiking and biking.
Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is a gentle manual therapy treatment for relaxing muscles and mobilizing joints.
MET is an excellent technique to treat stiff joints, especially the sacroiliac joint, and excess muscle tension due to overuse or strain.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
This approach can improve blood flow, reduce pain, and restore range of motion. IASTM is particularly effective for conditions such as tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff pain and chronic muscle tightness.
Joint Mobilization
It is most effective for conditions such as frozen shoulders, arthritis pain, stiff knees and hips, and ankle injuries but can be applied almost anywhere on the body.
