About Us

We offer a custom hands-on approach to physical therapy. Our philosophy is based on restoring natural alignment to the body to improve motion and reduce pain. As alignment is restored, we add strength and stabilization exercises to maintain alignment and maximize function.

Our facility is considered cash- pay or out-of-network. We do not bill your insurance. However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Because we are not bound by insurance limitations, we are able to offer our patients a full hour of one- on-one care!

Physical Therapy Asheville NC Robyn Nespole

Robyn Nespole, MPT, HSP, Cupping and ASTYM Certified

My name is Robyn and I am a PT and founder of Sol Physical Therapy and Wellness. I graduated in the year 2000 from the Mayo School of Health-Related Sciences in Rochester, MN with a master’s in physical therapy. I practiced my first 20 years in CA where I had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including inpatient trauma centers, outpatient orthopedic and wellness clinics, and home health.

I have a vast background in a variety of manual therapy techniques including soft tissue mobilization/ massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, muscle energy, and strain -counterstrain as well as Gary Gray functional training and strengthening. I pride myself in working one-on-one with my patients to find the source of the pain and/or injury, utilize manual approaches and functional strengthening to find alignment and balance in the body so that patients can return to enjoying the things they love the most.

In my free time, I love spending time with my grown children, my beautiful granddaughter and my partner in life. I prefer to be outdoors whenever possible hiking, biking, kayaking or spending time with friends.

Compassion, integrity, honesty, and respect. We treat others as we would want to be treated ourselves and respect everyone’s differences as those differences are what make us all unique.
