We offer a custom hands-on approach to physical therapy. Our philosophy is based on restoring natural alignment to the body to improve motion and reduce pain. As alignment is restored, we add strength and stabilization exercises to maintain alignment and maximize function. All of our sessions are customized to your specific needs and are provided directly by your therapist.
